It’s your company’s own direct booking engine—a private, direct sale channel showing negotiated fares designed specifically for your firm.

Once your company has executed an agreement with Emirates, the Emirates E-commerce team will set up a corporate landing page that will channel your users into the promotions and pricing available to you. A special code will be provided for your users to use when accessing the Emirates booking engine. Your company can personalize its fare offerings based on specific origins and destinations or throughout the Emirates network.

Ticketing is exclusively e-tickets. Specific credit cards can be included or excluded. And Emirates can provide monthly reports of your company’s bookings.

Company travelers will still have the freedom to call Emirates or visit ticket offices if they need to change their bookings.

In addition to special pricing and direct booking capability, companies in the CUGO program receive all the benefits unique to Emirates.

• Within a 60-mile radius of JFK Airport in New York, first- and business-class passengers are entitled—at no extra charge—to complimentary chauffer-driven pickup at home, office and hotel. Passengers arriving at LaGuardia Airport from other destinations can also be chauffeured to JFK. The same service is available upon your return to the U.S.
• First- and business-class passengers departing JFK on Emirates evening flights are also entitled to “Dine and Fly” service—a complimentary five-course dinner at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park, followed by chauffeured transportation to the airport.
• New first- and business-class lounges at JFK with free WiFi connections, fax, copier, showers, and a hot and cold buffet, also open to Skywards Gold members.
• First- and business-class passengers with a more than three-hour layover in Dubai have access to the G Force Health Club with swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room, including a complimentary half-hour massage. Economy-class passengers with a similar layover have access to the Marhaba Lounge at Dubai International Airport and a complimentary meal at the Safar restaurant between gates 16 and 17.
• Plus all the inflight amenities you’ve come to expect from Emirates in every class, including more than 600 entertainment channels, phone, e-mail and text messaging from your seat, multicourse gourmet meals, and complimentary wine and spirits.
